About Us

The mission of York Public Schools is to prepare all students for the pursuit of their future goals by providing meaningful educational experiences built around strong relationships and community support.

York High School is the public high school for grades 9–12 in the York Public Schools district, serving about 490 students with a focus on academic growth, extracurricular involvement, and preparing students for life after graduation. Known for strong academics and a variety of opportunities both inside and outside the classroom, York High looks to support every student’s success in college, careers, and community life.
